A fair guide to using OansZwoa.

What the app provides

OansZwoa helps you explore 14 large Oktoberfest tents, save visits, report conditions and consider a next stop. It does not sell tickets, book tables, broker reservations or process payments. No paid subscription or consumer account is offered. These pages do not create a booking agreement with a tent. Bookings, subscriptions, accounts, newsletters, affiliate links, advertising and sponsored placement are outside this release and require updated notices and controls before launch.

Guidance, not admission

Expected Entry is editorial guidance. Live reports are recent community observations. Neither is occupancy measurement or guaranteed entry. Conditions can change quickly. Tent staff and official safety instructions take priority; do not enter closed or overcrowded areas. For emergencies call 112, not this app.

Contribute fairly

Report only your own recent observations using the available choices. Do not automate submissions, manipulate reports, impersonate an operator or attack the service. A check-in is your visit record, not verified proof of presence. Operators may remove inaccurate or abusive reports and restrict abusive requests. Report content concerns through the imprint contact, naming the tent, time and problem.

Availability and your data

The service may be interrupted or changed. Keep your own export if you need a copy of visits; local storage is not a portable account or guaranteed backup. Deletion and retention are explained in the privacy notice. We do not require marketing consent to browse or use core features.

Responsibility and rights

Statutory liability and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. This information does not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, harm to life, body or health, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. It imposes no foreign jurisdiction or waiver of consumer rights.

Content and illustrations may be protected. Map geometry is derived from OpenStreetMap contributors under ODbL; source records and attribution are linked in the app and source notes. External sites have their own terms.
